Nathalia Gagnon
Nathalia has been a student of internal arts for a decade. She has been a student of Medical Qigong since 2013 and practicing Tai Chi since 2016. Nathalia is a registered art therapist and has worked as an integrative mental health clinician for over a decade. As well, she is a certified practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu Japanese healing arts and a yoga instructor since 2007.
Molly Lee:
Molly Lee has over 20 years of martial arts training and teaching experience in various forms including wing chun kung fu, capoeira and Tristar taiji (Tai Chi) and qigong. In addition to being a martial artist, she is a certified holistic health coach and founder and director of Energizing Nutrition.
